This need for a reliable and readily accessible connection point to the Internet is what INTERPLEX would like you to consider. Your building may be like many areas in the Phoenix metro; a good reliable internet connection is hard to come by. INTERPLEX will enable Building Managers the ability to offer tenants virtually immediate access to the Internet the day they set foot in their office space.
Our intention is to provide an attractive selling point to your prospective tenants, while permitting you to do so at no cost to you. Your approval would allow us to activate a high-bandwidth, dedicated T1 line at your facility that would provide secure and independent Internet accessibility to any suite in which the tenant desires.
The initial financial costs and servicing for setup and maintenance would be the responsibility of INTERPLEX. Your involvement is simply acceptance of us into your facilities (see FAQs ). We would also provide 24/7 monitoring of line availability. The cost of set up to each suite would be billed to the tenant. Set up for each tenant would include wiring to the suite, a Firewall router to which they would connect their office network. In addition, we can provide individual support to each office space. This can include office network setup and continued support if the tenant desire it.
